Never could I have imagined the experiences, industry insights and emotions that this program has brought to me.
AgriPOWER is supposed to cultivate leaders in the agriculture industry through each of our sessions. The passion that the Florida farmers had to stand up for their farms despite many challenges was inspiring to me and ignited my passion for strong agriculture policy once again.
I am grateful for the opportunity to see Florida agriculture and its diverse products, but I am more grateful to have experienced it with some of the greatest people in Ohio agriculture with this Ohio Farm Bureau Federation AgriPOWER Class.

I was encouraged that conventional and organic farmers can work together in our agriculture community in unity especially in regards to animal agriculture. I will continue to seek out the conversations to find the commonalities through our differences of opinion and seek value and respect in them.
This session brought a lot of insight to the opioid crisis, the how and why our local government works and how each of our operations are different but still provide people with quality food. Each of these classes that we have taken has given us the tools required to promote our agricultural agenda at the local, state, and federal level of government.
