Fairfield County delegates 2022
Policies are a very important part of the Annual Meeting.

Fairfield County is well represented at the Ohio Farm Bureau annual meeting in Columbus. More than 350 delegates from across the state are gathered to celebrate the accomplishments from this past year, and to develop and adopt policies for 2023. The delegates are Lynn Schultz, Rich Lamp, David Mast and Josh Schultz with State Trustee Mike Videkovich.

Labor has always been an issue, mainly because we are a seasonal operation. So that's a challenge finding somebody who only wants to work three months out of a year, sometimes up to six months.
