Read MoreThe Greene County Farm Bureau may award up to one $1,500 scholarship for the 2023-2024 academic year. The scholarship recipients will be recognized at the Greene County Farm Bureau 2023 Annual Meeting to be held in August.
Recipients must meet mandatory criteria. A scholarship selection committee, appointed by the Greene County Farm Bureau Board of Trustees, will evaluate the scholarship applications and interviews. Then they will present their recommendations for the award to the board for approval. From the applications deemed valid, the committee will evaluate each candidate’s academic performance, agricultural involvement and activities.
The purpose of the scholarship program is:
Financial need does not enter into the selection process, and financial information is not requested for the scholarship application.
