Washington County Farm Bureau is again offering scholarships to any 18 to 35 year old individuals who would like to go to the Young Ag Professionals Winter Conference Feb. 1 and 2 in Columbus. The county will pay 100 percent of the cost per person to any first time Washington County Farm Bureau member who registers and attends and 50 percent of the cost for those who have attended the conference in the past. Deadline to register is Dec. 17. Scholarships are limited.
Ohio Farm Bureau Young Agricultural Professionals are 18 to 35, singles and married, who are interested in improving the business of agriculture, learning new ideas and developing leadership skills. Whether you have a half-acre or 5,000 acres or work in the food and farming industry, Ohio Farm Bureau’s Young Ag Professionals has a place for you.
