Have you adopted and implemented accepted hiring, training, and disciplinary practices? Are you in compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations? Are you prepared to handle a crisis on your farm?

If you answered no or want more insight about protective employment practices, legal compliance measures or crisis preparedness methods, attend the “Employment Law and Crisis Prevention on your Farm” seminar. The meeting will feature presentations on each section of a comprehensive handbook that was produced by Ohio Farm Bureau and Wright & Moore Law. Participants will receive a copy of the handbook Lunch will be provided.

Cost is $35 for Farm Bureau members and $110 for non-Farm Bureau members, which includes OFBF membership.
