Tuesday’s program will feature industry professionals who will provide insights on employee issues, including: employment attraction and retention, recruitment strategies, work culture and H2A topics. Additionally, swine health experts will host a tabletop exercise on Food Animal Diseases, specifically African Swine Fever.

Wednesday’s program features nationally recognized experts on pork production, presenting to the over 600 visitors. In addition, there will be nearly 70 vendors to visit in the trade show area.
