Join us on Monday, March 20, for the annual local work group meeting and Farm Bureau policy development meeting at the Knox County SWCD office in Mount Vernon.
Locally-led conservation is based on the principle that local people make the best decisions for their own communities.
Annually the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS) and the Knox County Soil and Water Conservation District gathers landowners to discuss local conservation practices and needs.
Farm Bureau is joining the conversation to determine policy needs from their Knox County members.
