Belmont County 4-H Teen Ambassadors will be hosting a community service event making tie-blankets that will be donated toward youth and adults in need. The event will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 22 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Wise Building, Belmont County Fairgrounds, 45420 Roscoe Rd, St. Clairsville.
