All Carroll County business and community leaders, as well as interested residents, are invited to attend a special briefing on carbon capture, hydrogen production and related infrastructure development activities with Dale Arnold, director of energy, utility, and local government policy at Ohio Farm Bureau. 

The briefing will be held at the Carrollton High School Auditorium on Wednesday, Feb.28 at 6 p.m., located at 205 Scio Rd, Carrollton, OH 44615.
