Fayette County Farm Bureau is looking forward to hosting its eighth annual Farm to Fork dinner on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2024, under a tent on Main Street in downtown Washington Court House. Farm to Fork is Going to Town, Again! This year, Farm to Fork will be taking you back in time, and into the future, by local agriculturalists showcasing how far farming has advanced within our community.

We are proud to announce that the Washington Court House Senior High School FFA chapter will be in attendance and helping at the 2024 Farm to Fork Goes to Town. Did you know that Washington Senior High School was home to the first FFA chapter in Fayette County? And just recently in the fall of 2022, Washington Senior High School brought back its FFA chapter. With over 80 participating students and growing, Washington Senior High School FFA is hoping to be a prominent and involved chapter in Fayette County. Fayette County Farm Bureau is excited to partner with our local chapter, to help get their chapter kick-started within our community.

This year’s Farm to Fork Goes to Town will again feature a mix and mingle where local agriculturists will showcase some of their farm history and antique equipment. The Tired Iron Club will be showing some of the county’s finest antique tractors, and Scotty’s 22 – Brew will be back again serving up locally made craft drinks. Also, did we mention dessert? This year, Fayette County Farm Bureau will be serving all locally homemade desserts that can be won during our live dessert auction!

Tickets are $50 per person and $45 for Farm Bureau members and can be purchased HERE, by calling into the Fayette County Farm Bureau office (937-382-4407), or at the Weade Law office. But don’t hesitate, only 250 tickets will be sold and tickets must be shown at the gate to enter the event.

Bring out your family and your friends for a fun night celebrating agriculture, live music, great food, prizes, and so much more. Fayette County Farm Bureau can’t wait to see you Aug. 24! Join us at 6 p.m. to mix and mingle with our local producers and enjoy live music provided by Katie Pritchard. Dinner to follow at 7 p.m. with food provided by Rachel’s House Catering and local vendors and farmers.
