Are you a farm business owner?

Join Robert E. Moore, J.D. Attorney, OSU Agricultural & Resource Law Program, for an overview of farm business structures such as sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLCs, corporations, etc. and how these structures tie into the Corporate Transparency Act. As a farm business owner, you may be required to report to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (fincen.gov) to be in compliance with the law.
