Do you find yourself wondering what’s going on below the surface? Are you curious how a thing works or if it works? Could you see yourself working with others to host and design research trials?

Please consider joining the Organic Farmer Research Network, an emerging network of organic and transitioning farmers, agricultural professionals, and researchers who meet regularly to discuss emerging issues, possible projects, and recent or ongoing research. The group is a cooperative effort of OEFFA, Ohio State, and Central State universities.

Goals:

• Develop farmer-led research questions

• Ensure that research projects use authentic organic farm conditions and practices

• Create results that matter

• Share these results more effectively

• Create partnerships and specific projects between farmers and researchers

The group meets virtually on the first Thursday of each month at noon. Participants may sign in on a computer or call in by phone.
