It’s time to home can again Sept. 24!
Most people freeze meat, however another way to preserve meat is to can it, and when you can meat it will keep, ready to eat for several years unlike freezing meat.
Join us when Ohio State University Extension Family & Consumer Education Educators will present a canning meat program at Stearns Homestead, sponsored by the Cuyahoga Farm Bureau.
