Farming as we all know has its rewards, but often times farming can be stressful and cause mental fatigue and anguish. Ross County Farm Bureau and Ross County OSU Extension are co-sponsoring Sometimes the Shield is Not Enough, a farm stress program designed to support farmers and their families as they navigate the emotional and mental health challenges unique to agricultural life.

Sarah Noggle, OSU Extension Educator, will offer resources, ways to connect with families, and a compassionate community to help those in the farming industry manage stress, build resilience and prioritize well-being. If you are a farmer, and you feel the pressures of farming, please attend this meeting focusing on a farmers mental health.
