Read MoreA fun time was had by all at the recent “Spring Fling” Grow and Know event.
Nearly 50 people attended to learn more about lamb and lamb cookery from Nick and Kathy Forrest, topped off with a sample tasting of the lamb dishes they prepared!
Participants then either painted a birdhouse or made a natural fairy garden type birdhouse.
Robin Schuckman of Grove City gave background information and instructions on how she got started painting them and Lisa Biales of Oxford was the instructor for the fairy birdhouses.
The event was held at the Collinsville Community Center and was hosted and organized by Lynn Eisele, Bev Foutz, and Kathy Carmack. Thank you to the volunteers that make these events possible!
