2023 Delaware County policy breakfastDelaware County Farm Bureau members and elected officials met June 23 to plan for our future. Issues were identified on which Farm Bureau can direct its efforts. We become a stronger organization when we have participation and input from our members. Thank you to all who joined – this discussion and feedback are important for Farm Bureau’s continued grassroots policy development.

Labor has always been an issue, mainly because we are a seasonal operation. So that's a challenge finding somebody who only wants to work three months out of a year, sometimes up to six months.
