2024 WLE

 Young agricultural professionals from across Ohio are invited to attend the annual Winter Leadership Experience “Beyond the Fencerows” Jan. 26 and 27 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus. The conference features plenty of fun, great food, breakout sessions, workshops, tours and keynote speakers as well as the Future YAP Club for children K-6th grade. 

Registration is $150 per person; register online through Jan. 10. You will need payment and full contact information at registration. You are responsible for securing your own hotel accommodations. The registration page has a link for rooms at the Hyatt for $149 (a significant savings) while supplies last.

Union County Farm Bureau will offer full scholarships (conference registration & hotel stay. a total of $300) to a limited number of attendees who contact the county office prior to the event. (*Note* parking & any additional fees are at your own expense.) You can register online and notify us at the office at [email protected] or 614.876.1274 that you will be attending. Once you attend, you will receive your reimbursement. Depending on the number of applicants, the scholarships may be split so that everyone can receive some financial assistance.
