Garver Family Farm Market

Butler County Farm Bureau invites you and your family to join us for our Annual Meeting on Sept. 5 at Garver Family Farm Market. This year, we invite you to join us for a unique dining experience — bringing our local farmer’s fields to your table, with fresh meat and homegrown veggies. You even have the option to grill your own meat for a fully immersive experience.

Tickets are $25/person. Each Farm Bureau membership will receive a $10 off coupon. See your upcoming newsletter for details. Each ticket includes dinner and two drink tickets for the wine bar. Our meeting will finish up with a live band and social hour to network with your fellow farmers! Make sure to attend for the most up-to-date Butler County Farm Bureau information, meeting our legislators, supporting scholarships through our silent auction and of course, supporting our local farmers through this yearly event.

Be sure to RSVP with total number of attendees and your meat preference: beef, chicken, or salmon.

Email: [email protected],  phone: 513-844-8371 or RSVP online

Make sure you are included in your county Farm Bureau decisions by joining us!

Our meeting will include a presentation of our county accomplishments and a business meeting. During the meeting we will be voting on new policies, new board appointees and county delegates. Copies of all policies will be in the upcoming newsletter or available upon request.

The plan we are on is great. It’s comparable to my previous job's plan, and we are a sole proprietor.

Farm Bureau connections
The issue of property taxation remains as one of the biggest challenges our members face today. Ensuring agricultural property is valued for its agricultural potential and not development is critical to the continued success of Ohio agriculture.

Bringing the farm back to life
Because we are younger farmers just starting out, Farm Bureau has a lot of good opportunities and resources to help us grow in the future.

Farm Bureau involvement
Through the Select Partner program, we became educated in farm insurance and weren't just selling policies. It became more and more clear why farmers need an advocate like Ohio Farm Bureau.

Select Partner Program
So many of the issues that OFBF and its members are advocating for are important to all Ohioans. I look at OFBF as an agricultural watchdog advocating for farmers and rural communities across Ohio.
