Read MoreThe Jackson-Vinton Farm Bureau recently held its Family Fun Night/Annual Meeting. Members came together to enjoy a fun-filled night of Farm Bureau. Showman of Showmen jackets were presented to each winner from both Jackson and Vinton County Fairs as well as scholarship winners were recognized. Members also voted on proposed policy resolutions, elected board trustees, and delegates to attend the OFBF Annual Meeting. The new board trustee elected to was Joshua Lung. To close out the night, comedians entertained attendees! During the meeting The Mark Wood Fun Show and FFA students from Oak Hill and Jackson entertained the kids so mom and dad could enjoy the evening!
