Tuesday’s program will feature industry professionals who will provide insights on evolving production methods, technology and workforce in the pork industry. Additionally, the annual reception and live auction will begin at 4:30 p.m.

Wednesday’s program will feature nationally-recognized experts on pork production, in addition to the highly-anticipated awards luncheon. Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to visit over 60 vendors in the trade show area.
