Ingredients
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 cups honey
- 1/4 cup espresso coffee (or ½ cup coffee)
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients and simmer on low heat until it begins to thicken, about 10 minutes. Move spare ribs to a hot grill, brushing with the sauce once heated through.
