The 2026 YF&R Leadership Conference will bring together members from across the country for an opportunity to learn, share and grow together. The event takes place March 13-16, 2026, in Portland, Oregon.

Registration 

Early bird adult registration is $400/person until Jan. 7 at 12:00 p.m. (noon)
Regular adult registration is $450/person from 12:00 p.m. (noon) Jan. 7 until 12:00 p.m. (noon) Feb. 6.

All adult registrations include access to all general and breakout sessions, Friday’s welcome reception, beverage breaks and lunches on Saturday and Sunday, Sunday’s celebration reception, and dinner on Monday.

There is an additional $20 charge for tours to help cover the cost of the boxed lunch & transportation. If a tour has any additional costs like an entrance fee to the tour location(s), that will be additional. All fees are listed on the website under the “Register” tab.

Tour descriptions can be found on the website under the “Agenda” tab on Monday. Tour fees and descriptions are also visible during registration.

Make sure to select a tour during registration, as they are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that tours are subject to change. 

Child Guest (ages 3-12) is $125/person
Children will receive child meals for the length of the conference. If a child is attending a tour, you must purchase that separately.
Child (under three) is free
Child does not receive meals and must sit on parents’ laps during meals and on tours (for your child to receive meals, register them as a child guest ages 3-12).

Housing
The Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center will serve as the host hotel. All hotel rooms must be reserved by Feb. 6, 2026.
