Join us on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at Schlechter’s Sugar Shack, 11252 Baird Rd in Amherst for a delicious breakfast from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, drinks, and real maple syrup will be served. You don’t have to stay for a long time, but it will definitely be a good time.
Enjoy free tours to see and learn the process of making maple syrup, from tapping the trees to boiling the sap, including demonstrations along with wagon rides to the woods. You can purchase maple syrup, maple cream, maple cotton candy, maple candy, and maple sugar during the event.
Monetary donations will be accepted for the breakfast and will benefit the Joseph Kelly Memorial Scholarship fund.
