Pickaway County Farm Bureau and the Pickaway Soil and Water Conservation District will hold a joint annual meeting Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2026, at the Flora and Field Event Center, located at 21748 Deer Creek Road, Mt. Sterling, OH 43143.
During the meeting, Pickaway County Farm Bureau members will vote on policy issues at the county, state, and federal levels, as well as elect members to the county board of trustees and delegates to the 2027 Ohio Farm Bureau Annual Meeting.
All guests who live or own land in Pickaway County may vote in Pickaway SWCD board member election. Pickaway SWCD will also recognize several special individuals.
Registration will open at 5 p.m., along with voting for Pickaway SWCD board members. Dinner and the evening program will follow at 6 p.m.
The featured speaker will be Amanda Bennett, who will discuss the Ohio Department of Agriculture’s Farmland Preservation Program and Agricultural Security Areas (ASAs) Program, including available options and opportunities for landowners.
Dinner will be catered by Elegant Eats of South Bloomfield. Tickets are $20 per person and may be purchased by calling the Pickaway County Farm Bureau office at 740-474-6284 or by emailing [email protected].
