Guernsey County Farm Bureau will hold its annual pork chop dinner Friday, May 9, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Guernsey County Board of Developmental Disabilities, 60770 Southgate Rd, Byesville. The menu includes grilled pork chops, parsley potatoes, green beans, applesauce, rolls, beverage and ice cream all for $15 for Farm Bureau members, $18 for nonmembers, and $8 for children under age 8.

In addition, there will be a state of the county program, with several of our state and county officials presenting an update from their office’s area of expertise, such as our county commissioners, and State Rep. Don Jones. A silent auction with numerous items to bid upon will also take place. All proceeds will be donated to the county scholarship fund.
