Join CIFT in September at the Northwest Ohio Cooperative Kitchen (NOCK) for a hybrid Agribusiness Forum: Food Waste Turning Feed and Power
This month, family owned and operated business, G.A. Wintzer & Son Co. will present. Started in 1848, G.A. Wintzer & Son Co. provides services related to the purchase and removal of used cooking oil, meat scraps and animal co-products from small restaurants, large restaurant chains, butcher shops, food processing facilities and large commercial food manufacturers.
Sean Wintzer, will present how his family-owned business transports and recycles materials into usable products that can be used to feed livestock or power vehicles.
Space for the in-person component is limited to the first 15 registers. Complimentary coffee provided for all in-person attendees.
