Whether you are renewing, applying for the first time, or just have questions, this open house is designed to be convenient and helpful. Learn how ag districts protect your farm, get one on one help completing or renewing paperwork, ask questions and gather helpful landowner resources.

Agricultural District registration affords important benefits to landowners, including an affirmative defense in certain nuisance suits that might be filed against a landowner for their agricultural activities. Other benefits concern assessments for water, sewer and electric and eminent domain review.
