Steve has been a dedicated member for the past 34 years, and 12 of the 34 years have been spent serving on the county board of trustees. Steve has always been around agriculture. He’s a 6th generation full-time farmer raising soybeans, corn, and beef cattle. Steve also partners with his dad, uncle, aunt and cousin to run the operation.
He truly believes that being involved in Farm Bureau will help with the future of agriculture. Steve enjoys networking with other farmers from across the state, in addition to sharing his thoughts and ideas to legislators regarding agriculture.
Steve is married to his wife of 34 years, Lisa. They have one married son, a daughter, and a granddaughter who they spend time with. Steve truly enjoys his time with his family and with Farm Bureau.
