In this CDE, students evaluate classes of live horses, identify equipment and tools used in the equine industry as well as take a general knowledge test. On April 27 Hillsdale’s Equine team competed in the state finals at Ohio Expo Center and placed fourth. At the competition team members Taylor Rebman placed 19th, Olivia Traylor placed 21st, Aubriana Gibson placed 22nd and Maggie Vesper placed 27th. The team will now compete at the regional contest in September at the Big E in West Springfield, Mass. Congratulations to all the team members.
