Scholarship applications are now being accepted for Preble County and Ohio Farm Bureau.
Preble County’s deadline is March 31. There are five scholarship opportunities up to $1,000 for students pursuing post-secondary education, including FFA students. Scholarships will be awarded to those who are a senior in high school or are enrolled in an accredited college, technical or trade school. Applicants or their parents must be a Farm Bureau member to meet the eligibility requirements.
There are several other scholarships available through Ohio Farm Bureau; most of them have a March 31 deadline. The Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation annually awards scholarships to students planning to pursue careers in agriculture and to adults seeking continuing education in agriculture-related studies.
