Union County Farm Bureau recently held its Public Policy Breakfast June 13 at Heritage Cooperative. Thank you to the many elected officials and individuals for joining us in our grassroots process and discussing many important issues. Great conversation was had related to topics such as rules and code for farmers using ATVs to travel from field to field. The Marysville Fire Chief shared that agritourism buildings may be exempt from certain codes, but they are not exempt from the fire code. Call your local fire department to keep up to date on codes and regulations
We are interested in your ideas as to the major needs and problems in the county as they relate to your expertise and position. You can email your suggestions to [email protected] or mail a suggestion sheet to Union County Farm Bureau PO Box 368 Hilliard, OH 43026.
