Young agricultural professionals from across Ohio are invited to attend the annual Winter Leadership Experience “Beyond the Fencerows” Jan. 26 and 27 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus. The conference features plenty of fun, great food, breakout sessions, workshops, tours and keynote speakers as well as the Future YAP Club for children K-6th grade.
Registration is $150 per person; register online through Jan. 10. You will need payment and full contact information at registration. You are responsible for securing your own hotel accommodations. The registration page has a link for rooms at the Hyatt for $149 (a significant savings) while supplies last.
Trumbull County Farm Bureau is offering scholarships to a limited number of county young ag members to attend the Winter Leadership Experience.
Any young ag professional (ages 18-35) interested in attending who would like a scholarship to attend must contact the county office prior to the event. Scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may vary on the number of young ag professionals who want to attend.
You can register online and then notify us at the office at [email protected] or call 440.426.2195 that you will be attending. Once you attend, you will receive your reimbursement.
