Fayette County Farm Bureau President Ryan Hiser, (pictured right) along with other Ohio Farm Bureau county presidents, recently paid a visit to the nation’s capital. They heard from experts and had the opportunity to voice their own thoughts on the current issues surrounding Ohio farmers. They got to meet with some members of the Senate including Sen. Sherrod Brown who is on the Senate Agriculture Committee. He discussed his thoughts on the farm bill process and how a new one is necessary.
