Read MoreThe Jackson-Vinton Farm Bureau held its Ag Experience Day May 10. Over 500 students had a chance to visit many different stations to learn about agriculture. They also competed in a “Design a T-Shirt Contest” to have their design on the front of all the T-shirts that are given to all students.
The county FFA chapters did an amazing job with their presentations! Thank you to volunteers and others who make this day possible: OARDC Research Farm crew that gets everything ready at the Farm for the students; OSU Extension educators; Farm Bureau volunteers and the local ag producers who all volunteered their time to teach kids about agriculture! Thank you all; we could not do it without you! To check out more pictures from this awesome event go to our Facebook Page.
