The Crawford County Farm Bureau is pleased to announce the recipients for the Crawford County Farm Bureau Scholarship:
Seth Pope, the son of Brad and Melissa Pope and a recent graduate of Wynford High School, was involved in Good Hope Lutheran Church Youth Group and Crawford County Young Life. In the fall he plans to attend Wilmington College majoring in agronomy or agricultural education and plans to one day have a farm of his own.
Gretchen Shade, the daughter of Jason Shade and a recent graduate of Wynford High School, was an active member of National Honor Society and Student Council. In the fall she plans to attend the University of Findlay majoring in exercise science for health professions-physical therapy. She plans to pursue a career in health care for outpatient rehabilitation in her hometown.
A maximum of two $500 scholarships were available to support the further education of Crawford County students. Congratulations to these recipients; the Crawford County Farm Bureau wishes you both the best of luck this fall!
