Where: Barlow Fairgrounds, State Route 339 & OH-550, Barlow
It is estimated that there are several hundred thousand head of cattle on the roadways each day in the United States. A Bovine Emergency Response Plan (BERP) and teaching curriculum were developed to offer a framework for local emergency responders to more effectively and efficiently address accidents involving livestock transportation.
The demonstration portion of this training will involve interacting with beef cattle- closed toed shoes recommended.
Continuing education credits will be available.

Through the Select Partner program, we became educated in farm insurance and weren't just selling policies. It became more and more clear why farmers need an advocate like Ohio Farm Bureau.
