2024 Lake County Scholarships available

Lake County Farm Bureau is again offering scholarship opportunities to students who have been admitted to a two or four-year institution of higher learning. 

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Parents/guardians or applicants MUST be a Lake County Farm Bureau member. Membership must be maintained and paid at time of scholarship announcement and awarding at Annual Meeting in the fall. 
  • Applicants must prove enrollment or letter of admission to a minimum of a  two year institution of higher learning.  
  • Applicants must be considered a full-time student, with a renewable award for pursuing undergraduate as well as graduate studies.  
  • Recipient and/or a representative MUST attend the county Farm Bureau Annual Meeting in the fall to receive their award.
  • Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5

The amount is determined by the number of acceptable qualifying applications. No handwritten forms will be accepted. All applications must be submitted online
