Meet Hamilton County Farm Bureau Trustee Stephanie Meyers
Stephanie is a first time member and trustee! She decided to join the organization because she admires the agriculture education day put on by the Horticulture Society and Hamilton County Farm Bureau. She also wanted to help maintain that program for future generations because it’s a good way to teach others about agriculture’s impact. Stephanie enjoys all of the great people involved with Farm Bureau. 
Aside from Farm Bureau, Stephanie is a high school science teacher. She also raises native plants in her nursery and enjoys working outside. Stephanie said she absolutely loves farming and sharing her passion for plants with others. Stephanie’s passion for agriculture is truly shining through her involvement in Farm Bureau.

The issue of property taxation remains as one of the biggest challenges our members face today. Ensuring agricultural property is valued for its agricultural potential and not development is critical to the continued success of Ohio agriculture.
Farm Bureau is what really got the word out. It’s been one of their goals to get this done.

Because we are younger farmers just starting out, Farm Bureau has a lot of good opportunities and resources to help us grow in the future.
Through the Select Partner program, we became educated in farm insurance and weren't just selling policies. It became more and more clear why farmers need an advocate like Ohio Farm Bureau.
