Ingredients
- Corn tostadas
- Oil for frying
- Beef roast, shredded
- Chopped lettuce or shredded cabbage
- Chopped tomatoes
- Cheddar cheese
- Salsa (mixed ranch dressing and salsa was used)
- Sour cream
Directions
Heat oil in small skillet, place tostadas one at a time in the skillet, brown on both sides until crisp. Keep warm until ready to serve. Have bowls of all other ingredients and allow everyone to build their own tostada. Serve with rice and refried beans, if desired.
