This delicious cake uses four cups of blueberries.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups blueberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for topping)
- 1/2 cup margarine (for topping)
- 2/3 cup flour (for topping)
- 2 cups sugar (for topping)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend first seven ingredients. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Gently stir in blueberries. Spread 1/2 of batter into 9 x 13-inch glass dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle 1/2 of topping over batter. Add remaining batter; then sprinkle with remainder of topping. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
