Pork chops and pickles make a tasty combination.
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 28 ounce can tomatoes, diced
- 4 potatoes, sliced
- 15 baby carrots, sliced
- 2 knockwursts, sliced
- 4 sweet gherkins, sliced
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- pepper to taste
Directions
Brown the chops in a large skillet, add the rest of the ingredients, cover and simmer until potatoes and chops are done (about one hour). Add a little water while cooking only if necessary. Serves four.
