Pork chops and pickles make a tasty combination.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 28 ounce can tomatoes, diced
  • 4 potatoes, sliced
  • 15 baby carrots, sliced
  • 2 knockwursts, sliced
  • 4 sweet gherkins, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • pepper to taste

Directions

Brown the chops in a large skillet, add the rest of the ingredients, cover and simmer until potatoes and chops are done (about one hour). Add a little water while cooking only if necessary. Serves four.
