Enjoy pumpkin pie in a glass.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream
- Graham cracker crumbs
Directions
Place the first six ingredient in a blender and process until smooth, adding more milk, if necessary, until the desired consistency is reached.
Divide the mixture into four glasses. Top with a dollop of whipped cream sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs and a dash of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
