Ohio and county Farm Bureaus across the state offer a number of professional development and training opportunities. Covering a number of topics at various locations, recent programs have included business planning, safety training, leadership development, public speaking, marketing, farm and food advocacy and many more. Additionally, group members receive access to our dynamic Young Ag Professionals conference, and our large groups can access a scholarship to our intensive leadership training program, AgriPOWER Institute.
