Last week Mary Ellen Grafton went to the hospital to welcome the 2013 Ag Baby... and what a WONDERFUL family we've got this year!!  The parents are Randall and Angel Fellows of Mingo Junction, Ohio.  The baby's name is Randall Fellows, Jr. He was born on March 27 at 1:54 p.m.  He weighed in at 8lbs, 3oz and had a full head of hair!!!  He will join his big brother (Johnathon - 7) and big sister (Ma...
