What’s All The Buzz About? Local partners bring bee education to Scioto County classrooms
The program equips teachers with the knowledge and resources to teach students about the vital role bees play in agriculture and the environment.

Emily Kavanagh: She is a graduate of Northwest High School and will be attending Wilmington College with plans of majoring in agriculture and education.
Levi Coriell: He is a graduate of Minford High School and will be attending Cedarville University with plans of majoring in civil engineering or environmental engineering/science. Levi’s scholarship is also donated by Kevin Pfleger Insurance.
Reuben Thayer: He is a graduate of Valley High School and will be attending Ohio University with plans of majoring in mechanical engineering.
Zoe Leist: She is a graduate of Portsmouth West High School and will be attending The Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute with a planned major in animal science: dairy reproduction.
