Truance elected Ohio Farm Bureau trustee

Attendees received first hand training on how a pig carcass is cut into different primal cuts down to retail cuts. Dr. Garcia spent extra time working on each piece and discussing how each muscle could be cut differently and how it would change its name. Participants went home with a lot of information and even coolers full of meat!
