Brown County Food Pantry

Members of the Brown County Farm Bureau united on July 11 to aid the Helping Hands In Christian Service Food Pantry in Georgetown, Ohio. Volunteers including Chris Rogers, Richard Purdin, John Brown and Jack Cunningham, assembled essential bags for distribution to food pantry recipients. Their dedication highlighted the Farm Bureau’s core values of service, unity, showcasing their commitment to making a positive impact on their community.  This involvement reinforces the connection between local organizations and emphasizes the power of collective efforts in addressing community challenges.

Labor has always been an issue, mainly because we are a seasonal operation. So that's a challenge finding somebody who only wants to work three months out of a year, sometimes up to six months.
