Sarah Bolte

Sarah Bolte is the owner and operator of Arlington Acres, a northwest Ohio barn wedding venue and pumpkin farm.

A graduate of The Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences with a degree in agribusiness and applied economics, Bolte started her career working in politics at the Ohio House of Representatives and then in campaign finance for the Ohio Senate, the Ohio Auditor of State as well as congressional and PAC campaigns.

In 2019 Sarah and her husband, John, ventured into the agritourism sphere when they hosted a wedding for a co-worker in the old barn on their family farm. In 2020 they renovated the 1870’s barn on their property and since then have hosted over 100+ weddings for couples through Ohio, Michigan, and all over the United States.

She is actively involved in the Ohio Farm Bureau, serves on the Seneca County Central Committee and is member of the Seneca County Young Professionals, Seneca County Republican Women and St. Mary’s Church.

Sarah and John, along with their three little girls, live in Tiffin on their family grain and livestock farm.
