This is where the grassroots process begins! Washington County Farm Bureau had a great turnout of members and local leaders at our annual Policy Breakfast. Hosted at Riverbend Family Dining in Beverly, Ohio, the group spent almost two hours giving updates on community and ag issues. These comments were recorded and will be reviewed by Washington County Farm Bureau’s Policy Development Committee over the next several months leading up to the annual meeting in September. Proposed policies that are approved by the membership at the annual meeting will proceed to the Ohio Farm Bureau annual meeting in December.
