2025 Winter Leadership Experience logo

Young agricultural professionals from across Ohio are invited to attend the annual Winter Leadership Experience “Embracing your Season” Feb. 7-8 at Kalahari Resort in Sandusky. The conference features plenty of fun, great food, breakout sessions, workshops and keynote speakers as well as the Future YAP Club for children K-6th grade. 

Registration is $150 per person; register online through Jan. 22, 2025.

Child Registration – $50/child

Children enrolled in kindergarten through sixth grade can register to participate in the Future YAP Club! Kids will attend learning sessions while parents are attending the conference breakout sessions. Registered children will be included in all three conference meals.

You will need payment and full contact information at registration. You are responsible for securing your own hotel accommodations. The registration page has a link for rooms at the Kalahari Resort for $204  (Four free waterpark passes included with each room!) while supplies last. Scholarships available

Madison County Farm Bureau will offer $300 scholarships to attend the Winter Leadership Conference to a limited number of YAP attendees who contact the county office prior to the event. You can register online and notify us at the office at [email protected] or 614-876-1274 that you will be attending. Once you attend, you will receive your reimbursement. Depending on the number of applicants, the scholarship budget may need to be split among attendees so that everyone can receive some financial assistance.
